How to prepare it
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the mascarpone and continue to whip the ingredients. Separately, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks and add them to the mixture. Put the cocoa in a saucepan, add the milk slowly so that it melts and turns it into chocolate. Once ready, let it cool: you will have made the syrup for your tiramisu. Dip the ladyfingers in the milk and cocoa, place them on the pan to form the first layer. Spread the mascarpone cream over it, add the chocolate chips and continue with the layers until you finish the ingredients. Refrigerate for at least an hour and sprinkle with cocoa before serving.

- 200 g of mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 200 g of raspberries

How to prepare it
Combine the raspberries with 80 grams of sugar, 2 deciliters of water and the lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook them for 4-5 minutes, blend them and pass them through a sieve to remove the seeds. Let the sauce cooled down. Blanch the peaches in boiling water for a few seconds, drain, peel and cut into cubes. Separate the yolks from the whites, work the first with the remaining sugar and add the mascarpone. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and mix them delicately with the cream.
Dip the ladyfingers in the raspberry juice and arrange them on the bottom of a baking dish until it is covered. Continue with a layer of peaches and one of mascarpone cream and repeat until the ingredients are finished. Cover with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
